Whim brings your shop to the whole borough

Whim gives an independent shop same-day delivery from its own shelf to any door in Manhattan, without you hiring couriers, staffing a delivery desk, or building a store of your own. Whim holds no inventory: every order is your product, bought from you and carried by a Whim courier. And because people describe what they are looking for to Whim's AI concierge rather than typing a brand name, your products get put in front of customers who have never walked past your door.

How an order works

1. The order comes in, from someone browsing your shop or from the concierge putting it in front of them.
2. You pack it, the way you would for anyone standing at the counter.
3. A Whim courier comes to the shop and collects the bag.
4. The courier brings it to the customer's door the same day.

What we need from you

Three things. A shop with a real address in Manhattan, because a courier has to be able to walk in. A real selection, the things you actually stock and would be happy to sell to a stranger. And someone in the shop who can pack an order and hand a courier the bag. That is the whole list.

Tell us what you run, whether Shopify, Square, Clover, NewStore or something else, and we handle the connection. The inquiry form has a field for it, and it is the first thing we will ask you about.
